    The Hyuuga Clan adds to the insite and perception, to add 2 more to both.

    Also The At Will Jutsu can be added to an application:

    Byakugan
    Rank: D-S
    Action: Minor
    Target: D rank- all diections for normal Site
    C rank- all directions plus 30 feet
    B rank- All directions plus 1 mile
    A rank- All directions plus 10 miles
    S rank- All Directions plus 15 miles
    Effect: The user is aware of chakra Type, Amount, Ailment, and chakra information. This will last 10 posts exactly, before another round of chakra is needed to reuse the jutsu.

    Stat Bonus
    +2 Dexterity


    Skill Bonus:
    +1 Hand Seals
    +3 Perception

    Every Nara is taught the basic Shadow Manipulation At Will jutsu.

    Shadow Possesion Jutsu (at will) Target: user and any number of opponets within range of shadows.
    Range: Area of the user's shadow extended, but traveling in shadow does not count.
    Roll Vs: Wisdom mod, Intelligence mod, or Dexterity mod(choose one at creation) vs Reflex.
    Effect: This jutsu halts the movement of those caught by the jutsu. The user's actions become the target's. At D rank this can be used to trap one enemy, however it can be broken by having a strength check used against the user's Will(w) power. At C rank six people may be caught, however this will only last for 4 posts. For each person under six total add one additional post to the duration.

    All Yamanaka members may use that At Will jutsu,

    Mind Transfer Technique (at will)
    Target: The user and oppenet(s)
    Range: 30 feet per rank.
    Roll Vs: Wisdom mod, Dexterity Mod, or Intelligence mod vs Reflex. (note: this jutsu has a speed, and the roll will activate when it is in contact range)
    Effect: At C rank this jutsu is slow and has a range of 10 feet per post used to travel. It moves the mind of the user into the body of the target. This will last for four posts. Anything that happens to either the target or user, happens to both bodies. At B rank two targets may be affected for one post. The user will not know the memories, or knowledge of the targets, during or after this jutsu. Also to make this clear, this jutsu is possible by means of chakra, which is close to magic. Therefore if the chakra of either body is reduced to zero during the process, the jutsu fails. This can be broken with a Will vs Will check.

    All Akimichi may use the At Will jutsu,

    Expansion Jutsu (at will)
    Target: self
    Effect: By using the calories of the body, the user can increase their chakra amount, to expand their body into a larger version of themself. At C rank, only a portion of the user is effected and +2 strength is awarded. At B rank, the user's full body may increase to ten times their size and +5 strength is awarded. This jutsu will last for four posts at any rank. Certain clothing and weapons can be increased in size with a secret material used by the clan.

    All members of the clane recive free armor, however, it takes up a neck, and one arm slot instead of armor slot. The armor is made of bugs that eat chakra. The armor acts as a weapon aswell. The armor bonus is +5 against physical attacks. Elemental attacks will ignore this armor.

    +2 Intelligence

    Skill bonus:
    +2 Hand seals
    +1 Perseption
    +1 Nature

    This caln is new to the Leaf village, having only 3 posible members at a time. The Senju clan members share particulare traits from their father, Yamoto (Tensei) An At Will Power is not given to them at level one, but at level two they are allowed to create a C rank Tree jutsu. (Approval Process required)

    All members of the clan can achieve Sharingan at some point in their life. This sight will Allow, Mongekyo Sharingan, Eternal Mongekyo Sharingan, Tsukoyomi, Amaterasu, Kumi and Mind Manipulation. During any stage of the Sharingan, you can detect chakra and the differences between them.

    First Tome Sharingan (At Will)
    Target: Self
    Effect: The user is able to predict movement and has +2 Insight to attacks. This will last for four posts. This is considered D rank. This at will ability is recieved on certain missions or life death situations.

    Second Tome Sharingan (At Will)
    Target: Self
    Effect: +5 Insight to attacks, +3 speed. This is activated by using a D rank amount for four posts of duration. C rank may be used for eight posts of duration. This ability can be achieved by activating the first tome a total of 20 times in 20 separate Topics.

    Third Tome Sharingan (At will)
    Target: Self
    Effecct: +10 Insight to attacks and use of jutsu. Roll 30 to copy a jutsu. +5 speed, and +3 hypnosis (Non trainable skill, hypnosis is a chance ability. Admin approved DC for hypnosis checks.) At D rank this can be used for four posts, C rank Eight Posts, B rank 12 posts, A rank 16 posts. This ability can be achieved by mental release of seeing someone close to you(PC only) to turn and fight you. Aswell 25 seprate topics of activation are required to be activated.

    The other stages, cannot be achieved without admin approval.

    +2 Acrobaatics
    +2 Athletics

    being cloned from Zetsu, these members are able to move by plant teleportation. Mayfly is the ability to tap into roots and travel at the speed of light to another plant anywhere.

    The memory of the member, will never fail, so all skill checks recieve +1 after being used once before. (cheating will have consiquences.)

    At level 5 the ability to copy chakra is given. Transformation jutsu becomes perfect, and sensory cannot detect the difference between you and the real person. The weaknesses are the amounts of chakra, copying does not mean stealing; a jinchuuriki will have more chakra than you, even if you copy them. Also, you know nothing about that person if you have not studied them for a long time. You may not use any Clan abilities from them.

    Kabuto's last ditch effort to preserve Orochimaru was found. He sealed his chaka source into a young child. That child would be similar to Orochimaru in every way, with snake abilities given at higher ranks. A genin or chuunin with this clan cannot use the snake abilites. They must instead craft their own. Body shedding is recommended, but not forced to be created. The approval process for those jutsu are required, so that you may not make up Op abilities.

    This unique clan was brought back by genetic experiment on Kimimaru after he died.

    The member with this clan may use bone to craft weapons. The following chart is used for bone weapons.

    If a D rank amount of chakra is used to create bone, the bone can only amunition. If a C rank is used, one handed swords may be created (1d6) . If a B rank is used, Armor may be created (+2 armor bonus, -1 speed.)

    Stat bonus:
    +2 Dexterity
    +2 Constitution

    Skill bonus:
    +5 Chakra kneeding.

    Gaara's abilities where shown to be useable even after Bijuu extraction. He taught the ability and made a small Hidden Clan from it. All members of the clan may use Sand as an elemental ninjutsu. (Note that jutsu will be gradded by cannon standards.) A none Ichibi host may have this, and the host may both have this.
    Stat bonus:
    +2 Constitution

    Skill Bonus:
    +2 Chakra control
    +2 Hand seals
    Fortitude +2















    Iron Sand

    This is the ability to use jutsu of thr third Kazekage. This is a genetic mutation of Magnetism in the member's chakra. This is treated in the same way as Sand. Iron sand cannot be affected like normal Sand, so anyone with this clan will have -2 chakra control.

    Any one with this will be able to make human puppets, even them self. At Jounin rank, they may create them. Any puppetry techniques used will have +2 chakra control for puppet actions.

    C4 Clay

    Members of this clan may use exploding clay. This is treated as item using. It takes a full action to make C4 clay, but this can be stock piled. Each item can also be increased in size. By using a B rank amount of chakra, you may increase the size of Clay, up to three time its size. Clay can be baught or found according to Admin approval at certain times and places.

    C4 Clay:
    Damage 1d20 damage, at jounin, 2d20.

    Stat bonus:
    +2 intelligence

    Skill bonus:
    +5 Chakra kneeding. (Auto matic trained skill for any clan member. not achievable by learning.)

    Any member of this clan automatically gets Elemental Ninjutsu: Water as their specialty. Also any Jutsu they preform does not require water in the location to use; their chakra will suffice.

    The strongest of all doujutsu, Rinnegan is limited to prevent Pain spam. You may not use more bodies. You may only use one ability at a time; this is to also prevent summonings to be used at the same time. All of the cannon summons are disapproved, and you may not create any of them. You can create special animals that are similar to the animals summoned by Animal Realm, but not the ability of the Multiheaded dog. The Bijuu Statue will never be approved.

    At C rank You get one of the six bodies' abilities.

    At B, Two.

    At A, Four.

    at S all six.

    Stat Bonus
    Choose any two stats and give them +2.

    Skill Bonus:
    Choose any Two Skills on the list and give them +2.

    Any member of this religion is immortal.

    Meaning if they draw the circle and triangle and step into it with the amulate, they go into Immortal form. As seen in cannon, what happens to them in the circle happens to an opponet who's blood you have taken. While in the form, even decapitation will not stop you, however, you have three posts to reattach your head, before your body and head become chakra less and the form disapears, and you die.

    At C rank this wil last for two posts, and all of your charka is drained.

    At B, four posts, all chakra.

    At A, Five posts, half chakra. (meaning if you use a jutsu after the first use, you can't use it again.

    At S, Six posts, and takes and S rank amount of chakra.
